Our Mission
Our mission at Gympanzees is to enable every child and young person with a disability to access regular exercise, play and friendship, to improve their physical and mental health and well-being, and to take their families out of isolation.
Why We Help
There are 90,000 young people with disabilities within an hour of Bristol and over 1.5 million in the UK.
77% of children with disabilities cannot access regular leisure facilities so can’t play, exercise or socialise in the same ways as their peers.

Our Appeal
Help us make this building a home
We are fundraising to open the UK's first fully accessible exercise, play, and social centre for disabled children and young people.
We have already fundraised to secure a building and, now we need to raise £8 million to make the necessary renovations to open a purpose-built facility by June 2026.

"This is such an amazing service you provide!! My nephew is autistic and it gives me the opportunity to provide him with things that would otherwise be out of reach. I’m never sure what toys he’ll enjoy, so it gives me a chance to try things out and, if possible, go on to purchase the ones he loves.
